Any pricing displayed on the website is informational unless expressly identified as a binding offer.

Production requirements vary considerably. Final pricing may depend on factors including:

If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project-specific agreement will control with respect to that project.

6. SCHEDULING AND AVAILABILITY

Any scheduling calendar provided through the website is intended to facilitate appointment or consultation requests.

Availability displayed online may change.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, scheduling a discovery call or consultation does not reserve a production date.

Production dates are confirmed according to the applicable proposal or production agreement and any required deposit or payment.

Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment processor.

Unless expressly provided in writing, information displayed on this website does not modify payment obligations established by a project agreement.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Production cancellations and rescheduling can result in lost production time, crew commitments, equipment reservations, travel expenses, location expenses, and other costs.

Accordingly, cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by project and will be established in the applicable proposal or production agreement.

Scheduling a general discovery call through the website does not itself create a paid production booking unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients may be responsible for providing information and resources reasonably necessary to complete their projects.

Depending upon the production, these responsibilities may include:

13. PRODUCTION OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RIGHTS

Ownership, copyright, licensing, usage rights, raw footage, source files, project files, final deliverables, portfolio rights, and other intellectual-property matters associated with client projects will be governed by the applicable production agreement.

Nothing contained in these website Terms should be interpreted as automatically transferring ownership of raw footage, project files, source files, intellectual property, or other production materials.

Any transfer or license of rights will be determined by the applicable written project agreement.

14. DRONE SERVICES

Sundry Productions may provide aerial photography or video services using unmanned aircraft systems where appropriate.

Drone operations are subject to applicable laws, regulations, airspace restrictions, weather, safety considerations, location restrictions, operational limitations, and pilot judgment.

A requested drone operation cannot be guaranteed merely because aerial production is included in a preliminary discussion or project concept.

Safety and lawful operation take priority over obtaining any particular aerial shot.

Where drone production cannot reasonably or lawfully be performed, Sundry Productions may modify, postpone, reschedule, or omit aerial operations as appropriate and in accordance with the applicable project agreement.

15. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your email address, you authorize Sundry Productions to use it to respond to your inquiry and communicate regarding requested services, appointments, proposals, projects, or other legitimate business matters.

Where you have subscribed or otherwise provided appropriate permission, we may also send marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in applicable communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional, project-related, customer-service, or requested communications.

16. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
